What Cartoon was this from??

What I love about this clip is how the mechanical hands tear off her clothes, leaving her suspended above the bed in her underwear. Wish it would of included her boots too, for foot tickling. Anyway, what was the name of the cartoon this clip is from, and is it available here in the States??

"Kekko Kamen"

The cartoon is "Kekko Kamen" by Goh Nagai, which means "Mask of Satisfaction".
There used to be a heroic cartoon named "Gekko Kamen" or "Mask of Moonlight", and of course "Kekko Kamen" is a parody of that.
The heroine "Kekko Kamen" wears nothing but a red mask, and fights against evil sadistic perverts.
Paperbacks seem hard to find, but a couple of R-rated DVD titles are commonly sold in Japan.
