Ever since she got her cast off her foot nerve damage has made it difficult to wear a regular shoe. The only comfortable shoe she can manage is a half shoe with her cute fire engine red painted toes hanging out of it. You think she'd get used to it having worn a cast for so many weeks. But she's desperate to wear a regular shoe again, and since no doctor has been able to help her she has resigned herself to go to an "alternative treatment center". She doesn't know what to expect but the initial exam with her gimping around for the doctor and having her foot checked seems tame enough. Things get weird though when she gets up on the gurney and the doctor starts lightly tickling her foot with her fingers. Keely is extremely tickling and her reactions require the doctor to strap her foot down so she can get on with the "treatment" Keely doesn't know what to think exactly but hey, she's the doctor right? Know that er leg is strapped down however she can't stop what's coming next as the Doc mercilessly tickles her exposed sole and foot sticking out of her half shoe. She writhes and tries to get away while her toes wiggle and curl furiously. Finally after minutes of this the doctor gives her what she thinks will be some relief until Kelly feels her tongue lickling between her toes on her sensitive toe cleavage. Just when Keely thinks its over the half shoe comes off so the doctor can work on her *WHOLE* bad foot with her tongue.
