Many of us have stories of not being treated well by airlines. All those at United who got this man to Lubbock in time to say goodbye to his dying mother should be commended for a job well done.

A wonderful and inspiring story in a tragic situation. I would be forever grateful to those employees if I was in that man's shoes. Those airline people showed true character.
