ladies, let's chat!

we talked about this a little in the personals section. i think it would be advantageous (and fun) to organize a chat for just the ladies of the forum, to get to know each other a little better and to have our own space for a while.

a show of hands of who's interested would be nice (you can pm if you'd rather not post in thread), and we should talk about when would be a good time/date for everyone. and then we need to decide how we actually want to do it.

my plan is to register an irc channel where we can all meet because i think irc is the most convenient option (not everyone has yahoo, etcetera). if anyone has better ideas, please post them!

i have aim and msn, but i've never used them to chat with a bunch of people at the same time. do they work well?

MSN is the better of the two, but AIM is acceptable for conferences.
