I recently went to New York and I was really blown away by the number of women that had gorgeous, really gorgeous feet. Now I accept that it was Manhattan, it was Memorial day weekend and there are millions of people in NYC and I don't live in London. But still, I look at women's feet all the time (it's like a frickin' nervous tick). I have to say that women over here in Britain, from what I've seen (and no disrespect intended to you Brit women on here, I'm sure you have lovely feet) just don't seem to be as foot concious. Pretty much every woman I saw had had a pedicure and some had just stunningly beautiful feet.
So my question is, you American men (and women) do you think America is a more foot aware place. Is having nice feet as important as having a nice bottom and a nice smile?? Or is it just my twisted mind. Brits, do you agree that 'on the whole' ( I know we're into sweeping generalisations here) the feet you see out and about aren't really up to scratch over here?
I have to say that my fetish was dwindling before I went over and now - well, watch out any bare soles near my fingers.
