Last/Current Activity on Profile

I notice that some profiles show the user's Last Activity/Current Activity, while others don't. Is this a toggle somewhere in the privacy settings? How does one change it?

I think it depends on whether or not you're invisible on the forum. If you're not visible, it won't say when you were active.
