Hello everyone,
Today I got a package that was returned to me, containing a copy of Last Laugh Alpha. Not sure why it didn't reach its destination. My records indicate that I mailed this package on Oct 25. That's a long time ago. The "Return to sender" label says Nov 2, so even after the delivery failed, it took a long time for it to get back to me. Nice job, postal services! Ok, that's not fair of me, as I almost never have problems with mail, but this is still annoying.
This is also very upsetting, because it means one of my customers ordered the video, paid for it, but never got it. I would hate for him to think I took his money and didn't bother sending him his merchandise.
Unfortunately, I don't have his e-mail or a phone number, so it's hard for me to get in contact with him to see if he might have an idea why this happened. Mailing the package again might give the same result. I could send a snailmail letter, but the thing is that not only didn't the address on the order form work this time, but the "Return to sender" includes a different address, though it's the same name and state. Not sure what that means. I can't imagine the address changed a few days after I mailed the video. So what happened? Anyway, if all else fails I'll try sending a letter to each address.
I don't want to reveal too much about my customer, of course, but his initials are RG, and he lives in Michigan. If you ordered Last Laugh Alpha in October but never got it, and you recognize yourself in this post, please contact me as soon as possible so we can figure out a solution. I can be reached at [email protected] or at (418) 659-1866. Thank you.
