Latin Boy Message to Everyone

I just got an email from TMF member (or I should say, a TMF MVP!) Latin Boy and wanted to post a message from him. Unfortunately, he had a major fire in his house and, though he is not hurt (at least he didn't mention he was) it caused tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage and obviously uprooted his life for the time being so he'll be out of commission for a bit but he says hi to everyone and asks for your prayers. I don't know anything else about his situation at the moment but he said he'd keep me updated and would be back as soon as he can. If any of you happen to have his email address, you might want to drop him a line to wish him well, I'm sure he would be really encouraged to hear from you.

I'd like to point out that Latin Boy began this year with an incredible series of posts in the mainstream section (concurrently with a similar streak of great postings from Bandit...these two guys practically ARE the mainstream section!). I don't know what other areas Latin Boy frequents but we sure miss him over there!!! Here's a big salute to you Latin Boy! Wishing you (and your family) all the very best.

Glad to hear that you escaped unharmed...at least physicly. I'm sure you're struggling and will do so for a while. But, know that this community is behind you. My sympathies and best wishes go out to Latin. I had a fire in my home a couple of years ago. Started by old and faulty wireing. Heavy damage.
Fixed it up and sold the place and got out of dodge so to speak.

Latin Boy, I'm very sorry to hear about what happened. Although I only know you through this forum, I've thoroughly enjoyed your informative, and witty posts. Although this is obviuosly traumatic, the important thing is that nobody was hurt! I hope you're able to get your life back in order very soon. I wish you the best of luck.
