Ross , Ross's lawyer, and the police , were going after Tazzio to basically try to "Bury" Tazzio legally, and finish him from doing business for good.
In the meantime, Ross was trying to slowly rebuild RossShell.

As for his staff, he had to lay off people for 30 days, with full pay, while keeping Victor with Ross to answer the phone in the office, and gave Victor a computer that had not been compromised to work on.

"I know about Tazzio hacking your company computer. Thankfully he is in jail. You will rebuild, but you also must take care of yourself. If you end up bedridden with these migraines, you will accomplish nothing" The Doctor said.
"I know Doctor G,. and thanks. I promise you I will be careful" Ross said.
Ross would lie in bed at night. He felt, sick, and helpless.
"Do you want to divorce me now for not being able to make a living for you?" Ross said.
Kayley grabbed Ross by the shoulders, and looked him in the eyes.
"Shut the Fuck up, you. We were together before we had all of this, in that old , crappy apartment when we did not have a pot to piss in,. We are not going to lose everything. I know you, Ross C. I've known you and loved you since I was a very young girl. You are a fighter. This is just a difficult time. You will get better, you will rebuild RossShell as you did when you lost it the first time, and Tazzio will pay" Kayley said.

Tazzio stood s strong chance of being finished legally, where he could never operate a business again, and would have a criminal record with a long jail term.
