Part 1
Beccy had just got home after seeing her sister both couldn't wait for lockdown to be other they sneakily met up for a catchup, Beccy put her tracksuit bottoms on and a t-shirt and sat down on the sofa she picked her phone up and texted Sarah to say she was home "Hey hun great to see you can't wait for this to be over catchup up in a couple of days xx" Sarah replied back with a smile and two kisses, Beccy was just getting comfy when there was a knock on the door.
When she opened the door two men in suits stood on the doorstep Beccy said "Can I help you?" Both men produced id's and said" Are you Rebecca" Beccy nodded "Yes what's this all about" one of the men looked at her
"You need to come with us to answer some questions "
Beccy paused "Um no not untill you tell me what this about first"
One of the men spoke "Rebecca if you don't come willingly then we will have no choice but to arrest you"
Beccy laughed" Haha arrest me for what?" with that the man said
"Very well Rebecca Woodley I am placing you under arrest and will be taken in for questioning" next thing her wrists were put behind her back and heard the click of the handcuffs, Beccy was scared "W...what for what have I done" the men told her to be quiet as she was led to a car with blacked out windows and sat down in the back seat.
The car drove off Beccy trying get comfy "Look what's going on where you taking me what you going to ask me hello hello answer me sodding jobsworths what you can't hear me now well?" The men looked at eachother and carried on driving after about half an hour the car pulled up and the door opened as two more men in suits pulled Beccy out and walked her into a building
Beccy was taken into a room with a table and three chairs,she was told to stand still as another man stood infront of her
"So Rebecca Woodley I think we need to have a little chat but first we need you to empty your pockets"
Beccy smirked "Well I would but its a little difficult with my hands behind my back you idiot"
The man looked angry "May I remind you that this is no laughing matter" with that he took out her phone and told Beccy to sit down.
The man sat opposite her he then placed a file on the table and opened it.
"So Rebecca where are we?"
Beccy gave a look "Um last time I checked im in a room with some guy in a suit who is asking dumb ass questions"
The man smiled "My oh my you are are very sarcastic arent you Rebecca I would suggest you stop being rude and sarcastic because you'll be here even longer.....now the answer is we are in lockdown and we have reason to believe you have been breaking lockdown" Beccy laughed and rolled her eyes then she stopped as the man opened up the file and took out a photo.
"This was sent to us expressing their concerns that you and this other person are repeatedly breaking lockdown.... whos in this photo Rebecca?"
Beccy gulped "Um it's.....its me and my sister.....look this is silly this was last year we we have only broken the rules once look just give me the fine and I'll be on my way!!!"
The man looked at her as he placed photo after photo of both of them
"Its not just the once is it you and your sister have been seen in many places unfortunately a first time offender would get a fine but this is far more serious what's your sisters name"
Beccy was a little scared now "Why do you want to know her name look im sorry we are both sorry"
The man smiled "You look worried what is your sisters name"
Beccy took a deep breath "Its Sarah"
The man smiled "Thankyou Rebecca ill be back shortly " and walked out the room leaving Beccy alone in the room.
The door opened the man walked in and sat down
"Hello Sarah tell me why you think your here?"
Sarah was really confused "I dont know why im here what's going on"
The man smiled "Why do you think its exceptable to break lockdown rules and before you say you don't take a look at these" with that he showed Sarah photos of her and Beccy her heart started to thump.
"What what's all this who told you"
The man smiled "Thats confidential information but let's talk about you and your sister Rebecca information on you both is your the eldest and looking at the photos you both love a good laugh but will back to that in a bit"
Sarah wiped her lips "Look this is some sort of mistake you aren't going to do anything so we broke lickdown all it is is a fine so let me go and ill pay the fine"
The man smiled "like I told your sister if it was a first time offence then yes it would be a fine but unfortunately you both have repeatedly broke lockdown rules.... this is serious and I suggest that you tell your sister to not be so sarcastic and rude otherwise your punishment will be even worse"
Sarah glared at the man
"Where wheres my sister is she here is she ok!!!"
The man looked at her "Yes she is fine we had a little chat she did start being rude but once I told her the trouble your both in It hit home so the question is what shall I do with both of you"
Sarah went white as a sheet "C....can I see my sister"
The man nodded "Oh you'll get to see eachother but first I have some more questions" ..... he smiled suddenly a man came from behind and handcuffed Sarahs wrists to the back of the chair as another grabbed her legs and put them on the table Sarah freaked out
"WHAT THE HELL IS THIS GET GET OFF ME GET OFF ME WHAT YOU DOING!!!!"
as the man began tieing her ankles together and and holding the end of the restraints his grip was so strong Sarah couldnt move
"PLEASE PLEASE LET ME GO YOU SICK FREAK YOU KNOW WHO I AM GRRRRRR GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!!" Suddenly Sarah felt her shoes being taken off
"NO NO WHY YOU TAKING MY SHOES OFF PLEASE DON'T NO NO!!!!!" as the man starred at the petrified girl, Sarah had small very pale soles he then smiled as he pulled out a feather Sarahs eyes bulged her mouth fell open
"I noticed whilst talking to Rebecca and showing you both the photos you both have amazing smiles and you both look like you both love to laugh well I've decided I'm going to make you laugh like you've never laughed before...so tell me everything but first I just want to know.....ARE YOU TICKLISH!!!"
Sarah froze she was incredibly ticklish she hated being tickled ever since she was little her heart was racing her breathing became erratic
"PLEASE PLEASE DONT DO THIS TO MEEEEEEEHEEEEEEE IIIIII HATE BEING TICKLED PLEASE PLEASE I BEG YOU PLEASE PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!!!!!"
The man started waving the feather infront of her

Suddenly he started stroking the feather up and down Sarahs ticklish soles very slowly as she began to giggle as she felt the feather moving up and down and side to side

the man was amazed at her reaction

the man looked at Sarah " And there was me thinking you were the strong one" with that the mirror on the wall switched to a window to which Beccy had now been tied up her wrists above her head her feet tied together, Sarah was screaming at the man "OH GOD NO NOT MY SISTER LEAVE HER ALONE OK OK PUNISH ME NOT MY SISTER OH GOD WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO HER BEEEEEHEEEEEECCCYYYY BEEEEEHEEEEEECCCYYYY!!!"
The man laughed " Haha she can't hear you well not yet enjoy the sgow"
And walked out the room
As the door opened Beccy screamed for help the man walked in and closed the door
"WHY HAVE YOU TIED ME UP WHAT THE HELL IS THIS GET AWAY FROM ME YOU DARE COME NEAR ME YOUR SICK YOUR NOTHING BUT A FREAK!!!!"
The man smiled "You finished if I were you I'd save your energy now im going to ask you five questions"
Beccy was starring at him "PLEASE PLEASE LET ME GO YOUR SICK IN THE HEAD WHAT YOU GONNA DO!!!!"
The man grinned
"Your a fiesty one arent you I think you need to be taught a lesson now your sister told me alot about you especially one little thing"
Beccy screamed "MY SISTER DONT YOU GO NEAR HER WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WHAT DID YOU DO!!!!"
The man smiled "Now now now being the youngest of the two of you you'd do anything to keep a secret to protect your older sister wouldn't you...."
Beccy went white as a sheet her heart thumping eyes wide with fear ....
He starred at Beccys size 6 feet
"Shall we begin"
Beccy nearly jumped out her skin as she felt his fingers start scribbling up and down her soft smooth soles, Beccy hated being tickled it was her worst fear she desperately tried to bite her lip her breathing was getting heavy a slight giggle started to come from her as her feet started flapping frantically she squeezed her eyes shut trying to compose herself but his fingers were getting faster and faster scratching scribbling tickling her exceptionally ticklish feet
"COME ON REBECCA HMMMM YOU ARE A STUBBORN ONE ARENT YOU COOOCHIE COOOCHIE COOOOOO YOUR FEET ARE SO SOFT SUCH CREAMY SOLES AAAHHHH COOOCHIE COOOCHIE COOOOOO AHHHHHH COOOCHIE COOOCHIE COOOOOO REBECCA OOOOO ITLL GET WORSE IF YOU HOLD IT IN !!!!!" His fingers began teasing her toes to which Beccy erupted

The man stopped tickling her feet, Beccy gasped for air her body trembling

The man went behind her and whispered "Oh dear"
Beccy suddenly exploded into fits of hysterical roaring laughter as he started scribbling all over her soft smooth armpits

Beccy was thrashing around screaming howling shrieking begging pleading tears rolling down her face her body bouncing up and down then he stopped Beccy was giggling and whimpering uncontrollably, The man stood and looked at Beccy
"Now I think I know how to get you to talk" he walked towards the door and opened it, Beccys eyes were wide with fear
