At 1:40 in the video she comes out in Tickle Me Elmo shorts with a red feather and playfully tickles herself on her upper body. Then the friend comes in and takes the feather and playfully tickles her. Scene is about 10 seconds total, there is a music track over the video so no talking or laughing is heard.
