i believe it was part of a photoset for boundfeet.com that was run by a girl named holly at the time. i think the girls names were michelle and shawna...the site is run by someone else now i believe...
 
there is an entire series to this, in fact, later, the cheerleader is naked chained to a bed, and theres some upperbody action
