Link the Artist section to the actual threads?

Could you link the Artist section threads to the actual threads in Tickling Artwork? I've always wondered that what's the point in having 2 threads for the same thing. It's hard to keep up with comments and stuff...

Then just a little esthetical issue:
The "Home · Community · Rules" is ok so far, but the default setting doesn't show them and requires scrolling, so can it be changed to be on top of the page?

Artists themselves post separate threads. The system doesn't automatically create a thread in Tickling Artwork for our hosted artists. They post in both places to keep their art seen by those who otherwise would not care to look in the Artist's Pad.

I'm confused as to the second thing. Are not those three links already at the top of the page?

Well, no, not me. That would require way too much work.
My threads are organised differently: general gallery, latest pic. Personal gallery, themed series.

In my case, the initial posting of new material (I usually refer to it as initial release) is in the tickling or non-tickling artwork forum. I only ever add a duplicate of the thread to my forum until theres an update. When theres an update, the current picture(s) (the ones outside my forum) are added to my forum and they are noted in my Updates and Annoucements sticky, to be added to the record.

So, while the suggestion of the thread starter is good, in my case, it would mean things would have to happen out of sequence.
