You raise a good point, but when you really stop and think about it this Forum winds up sharing a lot of things. Just like the General Discussion Forum, we all have a lot of other things in common besides tickling.
It would probably be way too much for the Mods to handle, scoping everything out and deciding which links to add. They have tons of stuff to do already. Besides, if a user creates a website, s/he is going to know about it before the Mods do, so it makes sense for them to post it.
As far as non-TK links, I don't think it's that big a deal unless it really gets out of hand. If a member of the community makes a football or Sci-Fi site or something and wants to share it with his/her friends, I'd at least take a quick look. Maybe if there gets to be a ton of non-TK links, there could be a Forum for that, but it's my feeling that what we have works.
