Last week when The Buffalo Bills played The Detroit Lions, in the 4th Quarter, Bills QB Kyle Orton there an arrant pass and told the refs a laser pointer was being pointed at him. Then after the game, someone send out a pair of Tweets talking about how he Laser Pointed Orton during the game. The Lions and NFL Officials began investigating, and the person was quickly caught and is no longer allowed to attend games.

Laser Pointing may seem Fun & Harmless, but if the laser hits with enough precision, it can cause permanent damage to a person eyes.

And I've been saying this for a long time about Social Media, people really do not know how to use it.

So you do something Illegal, then brag about it online, and on a Profile Page that has personal information? You deserve what you get.

That's just something that I have No, and I do mean NO Sympathy for. When someone puts something Stupid on Social Media, and they get in trouble over it.

Laser Pointer Inventor: "Hey! Lookie! I made a hand-held laser that can put a small dot on things from far away!"

Other Lab Geek: "But...you could permanently blind someone in a fraction of a second!"

Laser Pointer Inventor: "yeah...so...? BUT ITS COOL!!!"

Other Lab Geek: "IT IS COOL! LETS MARKET IT! YAY!"

A woman was caught after she shoplifted a dress while the employees were in the back. She later posted about it on social media...you know how the story ends. Social media is definitely not for the masses. Its like giving chimpanzees loaded pistols. Eventually, they will either shoot themselves or other chimpanzees. Disclaimer: Sorry to insult intelligent primates by comparing them to humans.

But getting back to what I said about the masses. The same thing happened with cell phones. Once the masses began to use what used to be rather exclusive technology, they misused and abused it.

Cell phone dude on bus: Hey everyone! I can play music loudly on my cell phone. Aren't I cool???
Bus passengers: So what? So can just about everyone else with one. You aren't cool, you are a tool!

I do wonder what the hell is wrong with these supposed mature adults.

The person who pointed the laser was stupid. Let the teams play the game, and let it be decided fairly on the field. Laser pointing is dangerous.

Well Orton got the last laugh by guiding the Bills down the field for a Game-Winning Field Goal in the final seconds.

But still, laser pointing is very dangerous. Even if you're not aiming for someones eye, the laser can still accidentally hit it, and hit it the wrong way. Which can result in permanent damage. Even if it's not Blindness, it can still ruin your vision.

But the fact that this person was dumb enough to boast about it online, it's just that many people do not think when it comes to Social Media.

I know the main focus should be on the dangers of pointing a laser at someone, and I do understand the dangers of doing it, but this Social Media thing just amazes me. It's amazing how people can be so stupid. Especially with how fast people can screen-grab an Image of whatever was said.

"I'm gonna post this where dozens of people can see it, and I'm gonna do it on a Profile that has some of my personal information on it. What could go wrong?"

And like I said, anyone who posts something incredibly stupid on Social Media, it can be something Offensive, Threatening, or in this case admitting to something, and it lands them in Hot Water, I'll have absolutely ZERO Sympathy for them.

I think I read something about that. Or it was something very similar to that.

But this image below has to be the dumbest thing ever posted on Social Media.

Well, it's the dumbest thing I've ever seen posted.

I'm glad that they caught this guy. Any interference from the fans should not be tolerated.:sowrong:
