You're probably familiar with the Russian mythical creatures, the Rusalki (singular Rusalka), who are traditionally said to catch men and tickle them to death.

You could probably make good use of that legend. The death part is a problem, but folklorists think the tickling is an eruption of over-enthusiastic but inexperienced sensuality and that the "to death" part comes from the Rusalki not understanding when to stop. So you could easily get around that by having more experienced Rusalki who know how to pace themselves... or even use the idea that men spread the "to death" story to scare other men away so they can keep the Rusalki for themselves.

The joy of this scene (including description) is that she not only doesn't care about his suffering but also is excited and stimulated by his suffering. That makes for a wonderful positive feedback loop: He suffers more, seeing that turns her on more, so she continues and increases the intensity of the tickling, making him suffer more, which begins the loop again. :devil:

This clinic for wayward 18-year-olds is, well, a laugh a minute. Lucy was checked in by her mother, and she had no idea what to expect.
The "doctor" seems to perhaps enjoy this a bit too much?
