Ditto on the Little Lulu clip; I thought I had it made, and obtained a copy of that cartoon, but toward the end of the cartoon, where the tickling occurs, the copy was cut short, like the whole end of the cartoon was missing. Close but no cigar!

As I recall, Lulu is on the carnival midway, annoying the shit out of the magician performing there. When said magi saws a girl in half, Lulu tickles the bare feet at the lower half, causing the girl who was hidden in the lower half to laugh out loud and thrash about, popping open the box, revealing herself. Lulu declares the trick a fake, enraging the magician.
