As far as effects go, it's relatively normal. It's like a work-out. When they're done, you'll be out of breath, laughing a little even after they stop tickling you, exhausted, and you'll have this strange (tingling?) sensation for the first couple seconds after they've stopped. It may depend on the occasion and the person but usually, I also generally find myself in a better mood afterwards. Although this may only be me. Depending on the person (Such as if it were my girlfriend doing the tickling) I would also be fairly aroused.
