Looking for a Feet Box tickling story

The story is on the perspective of someone working for like an illegal doctor or something, and basically the doctor shows them a pair of feet in a box. The doctor then explains that the feet are connected to like a Brain in a jar, so that brain feels the tickling on the feet in the box, and they also have a speaker connected to the brain so they can hear the brains ticklish agony, all the while the pov character is licking one foot, while the doctor is tickling the other foot. The brain belongs to like a spanish or mexican girl or something who the doctor says is legally dead, and that the doctor sometimes sells things like this to rich folk for profit.
