Looking for a manga artist

Well I know it will make me sound silly, but I had a great idea burst this last days so I had to look up for someone who is willing to make my dreams come true.
This is what I am looking: An artist skilled in manga drawing, hardworkers more wanted than talented. I have so much ideas that, if are used properly, could make a great breakthrough. I am not a standard good vs evil kinda a guy and I investigate human psychology so expect a good and logical, not to mention thrilling story line from me. I am not offering any money, because I have none (atleast I am honest), but I would like to achieve a new point in my life, a point were I will materialize my ideas into a solid work with a help from a true artist. Thank you in advance.

Well I dunno if you'll find someone considering the lack of offerings on your part, but if you haven't already, you should write it down, even if it is just the rough outline of the main ideas. Just a thought.

Well I considered that... I must admit that I wasn't going to tell anyone else anything close to the story (yes I am a paranoid at the moment and the walls are closing and the blue is actually yellow) 🙂
Well this is my rough outline:
A story about mages (I just love fantasy don't you), and their culture, their growing up and their education especially. Everything was in order while they upholded their laws and discipline, but in every flock there is a black sheep. The story takes fifty years after last incident with a 'black sheep' when a young boy (insert name here for I don't like him a lot... actually I hate most of the good guys, I like bad guys and girls... ok and the good girls) is invited by a mysterious messenger to uphold Arcanuim high school, a school that trains combat mages, summoners and other classes of magic users. The only problem for (insert name for main char) is that he doesn't remember anything, nothing from his past, but he decides to join the school after getting a direct invitation by a red eyed 'demon' (i putted '' for a reason). Inclining that his past and the future and bound to that school he makes him choose to go there. There he meets other characters about whom I will not talk... it is all in my head ready to be presented in much better manner... I hope I find someone.
