There was a story I remember reading many years ago when the internet was young (back in 1999). It was told from the point of view of a woman who was in a car accident and was knocked unconscious. She woke up in a hospital and was unharmed aside from a bump on her head. She was still fully dressed and lying down on the sheets. The nurse told her that she didn't have clearance to leave and told her to relax. She's given a sedative and sleeps for a bit. The next thing she knows her shoes are removed and her stocking feet are tickled. She's tied down. It was a sexy story, and I vaguely remember it, can't find it anywhere now.
