Hi all! I'm looking for an older story. What I remember from it was an alien women (or alien disguised as a human woman) tickling a woman in an ally way (I think?). She had incredible strength and I remember she had the lee's arms pinned above her head and lifted with one hand while tickling with the other. I also remember she explains her situation to the woman-- something about how she wasn't allowed to do her tickle experiments on her home planet so she does them on Earth.
