Looking for an old clip from a travel show.

I used to have a clip from a travel show (I don't remember the name). The young female host was having a pair of shoes custom made for her.

Before they start she says something like "Uh-oh, this could be dangerous", and then they show her sitting down with her her bare foot on a piece of paper. An old man/shoemaker was tracing her foot with a pencil. She warned him that she was very ticklish.

As he traces her foot, she is almost in tears, trying to hold it in.

So....might anyone have that clip, or know where to find it? A...trace of it?
