Looking for an old story

This is kind of a shot in the the dark here, but I'm looking for a story from a long time ago and I completely forget what it was called or who wrote it. It was about this girl who has hanging out in her friend's apartment and the friend's sister shows up. The whole story is written from the perspective of the girl hanging out in the apartment. Anyway, the sister takes a nap and the narrator's friend goes off to work, so she sneaks into the bedroom with the sleeping sister. She peels off her socks, plays with her feet and tickles her. The sister eventually gets up, throws the narrator back on the bed and gives her a kiss while pulling her hands above her head. Incidentally she locked her to the bed with some handcuffs, then tickles her feet.

If anyone has that story and can re-post it, it would be much appreciated. Or if anyone can remember any information about it that can help direct my search, that would as be a huge help too. Thanks!
