Looking for anime tentacle tickling clip

I'm not sure if this is the site I saw it on. A search turned up nothing.

In it, what seemed to be a female sorceress summoned a monster to tickle a male to death. Instead, the tentacle monster turned on her and started tickling. I believe a commenter said that it ended by killing her, but the clip ended before that.
