It is a foot tickling video which I believe is able to be found on YouTube. It was a daughter tickling her mother under the pretenses of showing her a fun thing she does with children where she babysits/teaches. She did things like "the itsy bitsy spider" while miming he story on her mothers feet. Thank you in advance to those who decide to help!
