Don't recognize the model, but judging by the setup, I'd say this is from that "Brazilian Girls Tickle" site.

It’s from a user on this website. He used to post .gifs of him and his girlfriend and then would immediately delete them so nobody saw them. Apparently he didn’t do a good enough job!

She’s really cute and has perfect soles, but wasn’t very ticklish if I remember correctly. This same question popped up on reddit a while back.
