Looking for old Regis and Kelly tickling picture clip

A long time ago on here i saw a segment from Live with Regis and Kelly where they held up a tickling photo of a woman buried in the sand. Supposedly the photo was submitted to the show. Does anyone know where on earth to find the clip or what year it was from?
