About a stepmother who tricks her bratty stepdaughter into the basement, ties her to a post, where she is tickled by a girl dressed as a cute pink & blue bug. This is all to keep her away from her younger daughter's birthday party. I've tried searching for it every way I know. Does anyone else remember this story?
