Looking to partner on a dedicated server

I'd like to move this site to a better server with more space, and have found a great deal on a server. It's an AMD 1Ghz server, 512mb RAM, 20Gb HD, Cpanel, and 700Gb of Transfer. The monthly fee is ~$106 after tax so I'm willing to split the server with one other person wanting to start their own site.

If you're interested, please e-mail me. I figure if we split the server down the middle it would be 10Gb space, 350Gb bandwidth for only ~$53 which is not a bad deal at all. So if you're a producer looking for some cheap hosting, or just a regular here looking to start a site here is your chance! 🙂

Also, if no one is willing to go 1/2 I would consider doing a 3/4 deal where I'd pay 75% of the server, and the other (you) pay 25% which would be about $26, $27 a month for you for 5Gb space, 175Gb bandwidth. 🙂

Oops, I know I keep adding stuff but I wanted to say I can handle managing the server if you don't want to mess with that. I am in technical school for computer networking & security, so managing a webserver is no sweat to me.

And, whoever partners with him will probably get good advertising space on the Theater, which is sure to lure visitors. (Catch that, TT? Maybe that will intice them.)

I have the server already since I was afraid they'd run out before I found a partner. If I don't get one, then I'll just sell hosting like a webhost company I suppose. 🙂

I'm setting the nameservers up now, then I'll make a fresh backup of the entire database and move it over. I can avoid downtime by forwarding the site from the domain name to the new IP address until the domain propagates.

And yes...if you'd like that 120x60 slot up there as a perk I'll give it to ya. 🙂
