I knew it! I thought it looked familiar! I was about to say "Hey, the style reminds me of Caroline in Trouble", but Cheshire beat me to it.

Thanks to CC for stepping up and also Klepto for the effort. The storylines behind the pics posted by Meangry are as follows:
1st - The Panic Room has tickle traps set up throughout the room, but Caroline accidentally springs one, and the others follow as they sense her struggling. By Day 5, she's engulfed and completely at the mercy of the tickling, as her adversaries leave her to her doom. (This to the best of my memory)
2nd - Special Agent Emma Ross is captured by a convict and tickle humiliated before her rescue.
3rd - The last frame of #2, where her entire rescue squad tickles her.
