Love Street

There is an episode Love Street(kind of a cheap rip off of Red Shoe Diaries) involving a female cop whose lover is cheating on her. She's blonde,blue eyed and very attractive. Maybe about 30 years old. During a flash back sequence she is remembering some erotic games her and her boyfriend used to play. He puts her hands over her head and holds them there while he stars carressing her. Then he says "How do you like that?" as she breaks into wild laughter and says somthing to the affect of "That tickles stop!!!!". It lasts about 5 seconds, and is about 10 minutes into the episode. I know it used to be rentable and still might be. I'll make a trip down to the video store and see if I can get the name of the episode.
