Lower body clothes for the ticklee: legs covered or not?

If a ticklee were to be fully clothed but couldn't wear a skirt or dress (for whatever reason), and assuming she were barefoot, which would you prefer: legs covered (pants/jeans) or bare (shorts)?

1) Jeans/pants (covered legs)
2) Shorts (bare legs)
3) It doesn't matter to me

I love legs, so she would have to be wearing shorts.

Access to tickle spot

If you cover her legs with lets say jeans you can't tickel her under her knee, which is a very strategic spot for many ticklee.

I voted for pants, but only because it emphasises her feet. I would'nt mind watching a video of your with shorts Francois. I do have to say that I've found knees to be very ticklish in trousers though Plumo. I've proved many a time that it can work. 😀
