M*A*S*H “George” Season 2 Episode 22 Tickle Mention

I’ve been a fan of M*A*S*H for about 4 decades. I feel like a lot of my sense of humor and personality were developed by watching Hawkeye as a young man. I stumbled upon this the other day. I am amazed that I do not remember it previously. But if I did see this in my formative years, the scene seems to shed more light on how I became the way I am.

At the 6:30 mark, it cuts away to Hawkeye painting the toenails of a an adorable nurse with great feet. She compliments his pedicure skills, and he replies “I majored in tickling at medical school.”

There was a lot of foot fetish content on that show. I remember the “Foot Inspection” episode. I was actually disappointed that Houlihan wasn’t ticklish but Colonel Potter was.
