M/F Feet --> Unknown Fox show, youtube video taken down.

Hello everyone, attached an image i saw on youtube. Clicked and saw that the video had already been taken down by fox. Anyone have any idea of where this is from?

That's from an old show called Martial Law with Arsenio Hall and Sammo Hung I believe. I remember that scene vividly.
