Don't know who she is but I'd put money on her being an FM concepts model, so you could start there. Hot picture

Without a doubt,FM Concepts about 8 years ago. I had the Vid. And I believe you may be able to get the clip at Tickle Party. I don't know the model's name,but I do remember that she is European and didn't speak English well.
The other thing I remember is that she was Hardly ticklish at all on her feet. Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings. She is really pretty though. Riff
