"The Teacher" (1974) 2nd SCENE ADDED 7/27/16
I can't remember which one is supposed to be "the teacher"....I think the girl! Anyways, a nice scene where he tickles her to the bed....😉 I believe this is an upgrade of any cllip that floated around, although I may be thinking of a video tape trade from years ago! lol.

UPDATE! - I found an old mainstream list which mentioned that there were TWO tickling scenes in this movie. I went back and looked and sure enough, there seems to be a whole lotta giggling as he helps her on with her shoe.
The scene is this: they're in a restaurant and she starts playing footsie with him under the table. Here's that clip for those interested:

(Incidentally, a bit of trivia: the two women gossiping about them are the mothers of John Cassavettes and Gena Rowlands! What they were doing in this movie is anybody's guess!)
And now they're leaving the restaurant but she can't find her shoes! They're drunk, he has one shoe and helps her put it on. Laughter ensues.
