i don't know if this was brought up before but reading a personal ad here led me to ponder this yet again...why is f/f tickling perfectly acceptable and even a turn on for men to view..yet m/m tickling seems weird, different, and the man accused of being automatically gay? many of my fantasies always involved being tickled by a female or a number of females..being totally helpless and taunted and teased by them..no one thinks anything about that..but what if i were a male and said the same thing? said my fantasy was to have a male or a number of males tickling me?

i would love to hear opinions on this without getting all personal and things..why does it seem strange for a male to want to tickle another male? and be one hundred percent straight?

I don't know...I enjoy m/m, and I don't always consider it sexual. Maybe it's because tk is often sexual for men, while a lot of women (in my experience) also see it as playful?

It's generally for the same reason as why anything f/f is considered hot while anything m/m is far less acceptable. Although not as much as you might think, given the sheer amount of yaoi on the internet. <_< But then that's the internet.

Generally, fictional m/m. Chances are, if it exist, if two males within possess any form of a relationship, there is yaoi of them.

I think it's simply because guys want to see women, and women aren't so bothered? Yeah, pretty much what Karen said - to a lot of guys it's sexual.

ah but it's also a turn on or can be for females as well...i guess i just don't understand the distinction..

On the tickling front, many straight guys I've run into don't want to hear anything about M/M, because they assume if they see it, watch it or take part in it, they'll be accused of being gay.

While that is not the truth, there are a number of closed minded individuals who will always view it that way, and those who are willing to watch or take part run the risk of being ridiculed.

Part of it is also what Senshi said......men enjoy/get off on watching to women, and will play into their fantasy of being asked to join, so that's much more popular than M/M.

As for "Yaoi", I've never heard that term, but it sounds like you are talking about fan fiction, which I know as "slash stories".

They are stories written by fans of pre-existing characters (usually straight) who are written into a sexual relationship. It's called "Slash" because there is usually a slash between the names of the characters in the description, like this:

"This is a story about Batman/Robin"

"this story is about Capt. Kirk/Mr. Spock"

One thing, Senshi, I used to agree with you that this doesn't appeal to women. I've since changed my mind. After going to a number of gatherings for members of Brokeback Mountain forums, I've been approached by a number of straight women, who tell me they were totally turned on by watching the two cowboys (Jack & Ennis) in their kissing scenes. They also had a HUGE assortment of gay male porn they would watch together.

When the gatherings happen, the gay men will go to the local gay bars, followed by the women, who totally enjoy watching the actions of the various couples.

I was shocked at first, and then just decided that if men are turned on by F/F, then it's really very rational for women to be turned on by M/M.

Good points CD...and yes, yaoi=slash.....I write a lot of fanfiction 😀

For me, tickling is primarily a sexual thing. I'm just not turned on by men getting tickled. Women getting tickled on the other hand.... oh my yes.

I do not have a answer to this but i often tease my wife and her sister about the holding hands and kissing thing that girls seem to do. accepted for them to do it, but if blokes do, it's always looked down on.Some wowman seem to like gays and i have to say most gays i've met seem to be kind and sensitive.I have often wondered about tickling a bloke or the other way about and it seems weird somehow. But like most blokes the girl on girl hing is a turn on.

For me, any tickling is awesome!!! F/F, M/F, F/M, and M/M...as long as it's fun, bring it on!!!

I once asked a straight male friend what the deal is with guys and F/F porn...or F/F anything...and he said that having one woman was like having a beautiful work of art...and having more than one woman was like having a gallery of beautiful works of art all in one place. The same could be said for those attracted to men of M/M sightings...

I agree, the stigma comes in in the respect that straight guys are afraid of being ridiculed for being gay if they interact with another man in such a manner...it's a shame, really...I think it is freaking hilarious to see two grown men, straight, gay, or in between, tickling the crap out of one another...HILARIOUS...gay? Not really...if they are making out while tickling, yes...but if they are just tickling one another, usually one getting the advantage...oh man...too funny...

And, CD...have I told you lately that I love you??? I hope to meet you someday, and give you the biggest hug ever...just cuz I think you're fabulous.

Yup, you got it. In fact, a large majority, if not THE majority, of yaoi is written by females, specifically teenage girls. So it's become a common theme for many women. But as far as for here, in the tickling communities, it's simply due to being more made up of guys.

awwww! you're sweet! You'll get a big hug back!

We don't live that far from each other, we may just meet one day!

Wow, that actually really surprises me. 0_0 I thought being attracted sexually by gay porn was pretty much exclusively a heterosexual guy thing. I guess you learn something new everyday. 😛

See I am a straight man and have always been around and into girls (ask my mom....i always had a girl i liked) but i have had a huge fantasy for a while of being tickled by another male.....yeha tickling for me is sexual but it's something that i have yet to experience and i have wanted to try it....does it make me gay? i dont think so.....but m/m tickling is so great to look at too!!!!😉

I guess I'm a true oddball...I don't care for m/m and really don't care for F/F all that much. Don't know why. Perhaps, since I was a late bloomer socially, I still look at F/F as more competition (lol). Don't really get a kick out of either...

Just an opinion

...because tickling is almost like a sensual caress. As an artist drawing tickling images, I feel a bit of horror to even imagine M/M. The pencil and inks simply won't make its course.

F/F is softer plus the living reality that "figure" is more attributed to the female gender, as guys are drawn to appreciate the female form.

Personally as a female, I'm more into M/F and F/M because of the contrast and straight orientation. If I will be assigned to do same gender tickling, I'd prefer F/F. This doesn't mean that fans of F/F are bi. I read a lot of reasons why male TK artists like F/F. They simply don't want male in their fantasies, so they say.

Tickling is sissy and too cute, I presume...:ggrin:

This is an interesting topic. I've reached a point where I don't even question what I'm into any more, so I've never really thought about it....but now that I have it's really got me thinking.

As far as looking at tickling videos / pics, I like M/F the best, but I also like F/F only to a lesser degree. M/F is by far my preference to look at. Watching M/M tickling does absolutely nothing for me at all.

As far as being a tickler, I would only tickle a female. I can't really see myself being into tickling another guy.

If I were to be a lee on the other hand, I would want to be tickled by another guy. I have no idea why, but that's far more appealing to me than the idea of being tickled by a female.

Now I'm really confused!

AAA! Get outta my head!

Seriously, you touched on most of the points I had in mind regarding this subject rather well... all the same, I'd like to pitch my pair of copper into the mix.

Tickling for me is one of two things: Cute or sexy. Really, I can't imagine doing it for any other reason than because the 'lee has a cute reaction or is just plain squirmy in a sensual way. The higher pitch of laughter often from the ladies helps with the 'cute' and while husky laughter can be damn sexy from a lady, I fear that a baritone chortle isn't going to cut it.

Really, in my eyes it's almost awkward seeing a guy tickled. Usually, they have a deeper laugh that keeps it from reaching the 'cute' side of the scale and if the laughter DOES go high-pitched it's more silly in my opinion than anything. Also, the female form with its curves and flexibility tends to have a more graceful reaction even if it's just random thrashing. Men are built blocky and thick so the movement just doesn't look as sinuous and appealing.

I love M/F above all else, honestly, though any kind of */F is high on the list. Frankly, feminine guys being tickled wouldn't faze me, particularly if it's an artist's rendition. That's the problem, though... it doesn't faze me for good or ill so I can appreciate the art but the situation at large isn't enough to really pique my interest.

Guys cease to be 'cute' when puberty has passed, most often... and I just am not hard-wired to find them sexy ever, so the idea of ever tickling a guy just doesn't ever cross my mind as something worth exploring.

But hey, those of you that like */M stuff keep it up... spread the laughter!

My so-called logic is this.If there is going to be a problem with m/m tickling and whether it is gay or not, acceptible or not, just have this Forum F/F or M/F tickling and don't have anyone add M/M tickling.

First off...excellent question!

I am a male who loves to tickle both the gals and the guys. It is and always has been a sexual thing for me. Why? That's another topic for discussion; I'm sure the shrinks would say it's some sort of control thingy. Anyway, in addition to the tickle fetish, I also have a huge foot fetish; but that's what they are in my case...true fetishes.

What I'm trying to say is that for me, it's all about the tickling and/or feet; the gender doesn't really matter. I think it started with a foot fetish when I was quite young which naturally progressed to foot tickling and then full body tickling. As with most men, it is visually and tactilely stimulating to me. I love to see and touch the bare feet as well as the rest of the body. Perhaps I'm shallow, but I like good looking women and men as much as the next person. I like to see and feel the writhing muscles and bodies as I tickle. And I like those bodies to be reasonably attractive; though a good looking and ticklish pair of feet will often make up for a less than attractive body.

I consider myself straight and am happily married to a beautiful and ticklish woman with great feet. I have no desire to have sex with another man as I understand homosexual sex. I have no interest in genitals, oral, or (shudder) anal sex. However, having said that, I do enjoy a handsome man's feet and at least reasonably built body. In that I enjoy tying him down and tickling both his feet and torso; seeing and feeling the reactions I'm causing in his body. This is true for me in the same way with females.

Does this make me gay or bi? Who knows? I don't think so, but it does mean I'm a sexual being. Now, I have not had the pleasure of a male victim 😉 in many years. It's hard to find a trustworthy friend in my age group (44) and location (Tennessee) who is male and open to this fetish thing. My friends have no idea of my fetishes and would probably "disown" me if they found out (at least the male part). My wife obviously knows and somewhat indulges my fetishes, but even she doesn't know (and wouldn't accept) the male aspect.

I think some of the younger folks are more accepting of these things and can probably find friends easier; just a guess. But after all this rambling, my answer is yes....you can be str8 and be turned on by male tickling.

well, in a nutshell, i'm bisexual, so it's all cool and sweet. if it's human, i'd tickle it, lol.

i's love to meet CD or wade for tickle fun, as long as many others in the forum. as someone's signature states: Don't discriminate, vellicate!

And see there are a few guys here who, after talking with and gaining trust....that I would love to have a good time with let them tickle me... but I'm not gay. I just think it would be a great time with the right person...although on a side note I don't have much interest in tickling a guy...just being tickled by one....maybe that's weird......hmm:super_hap
