Sorry, saw it on some "Exotic Cuisine" show long ago. It was served at an expensive asian restaurant. They feed the snakes only saki for quite a while. I forget the other ingredients, in case you were wanting a recipe.

Here is chef Suzanne's award-throwing recipe for roast bellybutton of impregnated cow. Choose a bellybutton weighing about 42 floppy discs. Remove excess suppository.
