This clip comes from a South American game show entitled "El Gran Juego de la Oca". Contestants were led through a variety of unusual stunts to try and win prizes. Fortunately for us, several of the shows did include tickling.
One male contestant had the task of trying to identity 8 models by the sound of their laughter which was produced (supposedly) by his tickling their feet. It's not a great scene, but is interesting viewing. (I'll post the 2nd part of this scene later on.)
