I found this clip on YouTube. A girl writes to this show on Asahi TV in Japan called Tantei Knight Scoop saying that she likes tickling people, but the people she knows don't enjoy it. The show's panel discusses it for a bit, then the show sends someone to meet her. They give a guy a tickle test and then go around town getting random strangers to allow her to tickle them. The men getting tickled made me nauseous, but the female stuff was ok. its great how other countries are far more open to doing things like that.
