Found this one through a link in another forum. It appears to be a trailer of a longer movie, or maybe thats just what its supposed to look like. Two females, one black, one white, naked in a bathtub and theres two quick scenes of the black girl getting foot tickled.....she doesnt seem that ticklish but still a good clip....
