Dude....thats not a fake....you can tell with the way the shadow of the tickler is cast onto the sand. Maybe shes not quite as ticklish as you may want her to be and was actually enjoying the humor in the moment or something.....

If it's fake, somebody got to it, or THEM rather, before I did. There were about 9 images in this set originally, I just pulled the interesting ones out. No fakery here that I'm aware of.
