i like the theme of an invasion or just alot of people being subdued and tortured

That's an idea. Definitely an idea.

Some of my stories are sorta-kinda what you're asking for, with two or three or four lees getting tickled at once, or with the focus on one lee, but with several others are being tickled in the background.

Which are you more interested in, the idea of multiple lees getting tickled at once (with point-of-view switches between them), or the idea of invaders/raiders hunting down people to subdue & tickle?
