Figured out how to do it! I can only upload 2MB on Tickletheater.com, so I just fixed the quality of my clips to fit in size yet still look good! 🙂

"Martin" - An episode of the sitcom where Martin goes on a trip
without Gina and is stalked by a crazy lady obsessed with him... and
his credit cards. The lady is played by the incredibly sexy Lynn
Whitfield. In this scene, Lynn has Martin tied up and plans to
seduce him, starting with a little game involving... a feather. 🙂

Now tell me you can't look at this clip and not go, "@#$%&*! I wish
I was Martin Lawrence right now!"

I used Windows Movie Maker and I just found out last night when you make your movie, there is a "Best to Fit" feature where it automatically configures your clip with certain specifications (size, kpbs, length of clip, etc.) based on how large you want to clip to be. So I set the limit at 2MB and viola. It honestly doesn't look that much different than the original, which was 3MB.

Neato! Thanks again! I have a video program that costs hundreds of dollars but oddly enough it doesn't offer the feature of telling you what the file size is going to be before you commit to saving! grrrr!
