Masculine & feminine sexual energy and tickling preferences

According to Tantra Yoga there are 4 main dimensions of human sexuality:

Gender: male or female or both (external plumbing; penis or vagina)

Energy/essence: masculine energy or feminine energy or balanced (internal wiring; sexual identity/role of 'self')

Sexual preference: straight, gay, or bi (sexual preference for 'other')

Temperature: hot or cold or medium (degree of expressiveness, e.g. Latins generally tend to be expressive or 'hot' while Scandinavians tend to be reserved or 'cold')


As everyone knows there are many combos: one can be a masculine gay woman ('butch'), a feminine gay woman ('fem'), a masculine gay man, a feminine gay man, masculine straight man, feminine straight man, feminine straight woman, masculine straight woman, etc. Each of these can be more or less expressive or 'hot' or 'cold.'


And for many of us there's an important fifth dimension:

Tickling preference: 'ler, 'lee, or both/switch


I have a hunch that 'ler and 'lee tickling preferences are more an expression of underlying masculine or feminine energy/identity than gender, sexual preference, or temperature.

The poll tool allows 10 options, so I can't test all 243 combinations of these dimensions! So just energy/essence, gender, and tickling preferences, and just the two polar options of each, for 8 basic combos so please pick the one you are closest to!

For the purposes of the poll, masculine energy is generally more autonomous, agentic, purposeful, dominant (yang energy/essence) and feminine energy is generally more communal, relational, feeling, caring (yin energy/essence).

Well so far 'lers and 'lees are pretty evenly divided between men and women and among those describing themselves as masculine. But not surprisingly, women & feminine are overwhelmingly 'lees.

idk what to tell ya im masculine in some ways feminint in others but i wouldnt really say either side wins out im balanced,,so far iv only been a ler but havnt gotten around to trying to be a lee yet,,, i know no help at all haha

I click on the wrong item on the poll as I misinterpretted the question at 1st .

I would say I am a pretty feminine switch, I am feminine in my role as a lee, but even though I like control as a ler I do feel I am very feminine in my control of a ler. I am straight and I think I like more of a masculine mate.
