Massage turned into ticking

Just an event that I saw long ago but decided to share with you guys. I was at an retreat with a buch of other people with a girl was giving another girl a masage when after a minute or two she dug her fingers into the pits of the other girl and then started tickling all over her upperbody. Have any of you others seen this or had this dome to you?
