I've wanted Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) tickled since she was in a USA Network series from the early 90's called, ironically, Matrix!

Monica Bellucci (Persephone) gets my vote. A very sophisticated Italian lady and plays a "vampire"-esque character... sounds like an excellent tickler, but she could be a fun ticklee!
