Media converter needed

Hello, does anyone know where I cab find a good, free media converter? I need one that can convert to most or all of the conversions. From wmv to avi, mpeg and so on.

*Sigh* Please don't post misleading titles. One does not have to disguise one's true intentions to get an answer. I can assure you that someone will have an answer for you even if your thread title is as mundane as "Good, free media converter?". Posting misleading titles only confuses people and, if someone has dial-up, can mean many seconds or minutes of wasted time as a thread loads.

Heavens no. However, Mistress Valerie does and I often hear her speak of not liking when proper descriptions are not placed on threads, especially in the clips forum, as it takes so long to load a page and one does not want to wait for something they don't want to see in the end.
