Im through with them. I went there yesterday, and was browsing the computer games and I saw the title that I had put a hold on (or whatever they call it when you pre order so you're guaranteed to get it when it comes in), and I was took it to the customer service desk and they were like "We still have your reservation for that, so just take it" I was like "damn right Im taking it" Then, I bought some DVDs for christmas and used my visa check card, and the cashier carded me (arnet there commercials about not haivng to use ID when you use your visa debit card?) and I told the guy I wasnt suppsot to get carded when using that card and he was like "Well Im the cashier, so Im carding you" so I told him I didnt have ID and voided out my order, handed me the video game and told me to have a nice day. The way I was arguing with him about not being carded probably made it sound like I did steal the card, but I called the store manager anc complained anyway.
